DVC Annual Pass price increase experience

Choosing the "will call" option was the mistake here. We always have the vouchers sent. Then when you exchange them, there is no way to know what you actually paid for them. In reality, by doing "will call" you are deferring final payment until you pick them up.

When you do "will call" don't they charge your credit card immediately?

Yes they do and the total is printed on the will call certificate, followed by a credit card receipt on the next page (a final transaction). This is a final transaction that's why I responded to her post too.

I believe you are incorrect. We have done "Will Call" a couple of times in the midst of a price increase and have never been asked to pay the extra.
 

You know OP, I almost think I might do a little note to Disney to let them know that perhaps a little "refresher" on this subject for their CMs who work those windows might be in order.
 
Did will call back in July - will not be picking up my pass till December. Chared in full at the time of purchase.
