Hi there, I've been doing some searching around and haven't been able to find a clear answer. I've never posted before but thought I should ask.

So my Fiance and I are fairly new to DVC and have decided to purchase the Discounted Disney World Annual Passes for ourselves through Member Services. We'll be taking a 3 week vacation in January. Very excited. We both currently reside in separate residents and our IDs reflect that. We co-signed when joining DVC with separate addresses, mine being the primary and my Fiances being the secondary.

I understand that we'll have to show our ID's in order to redeem the Passes. My concern is if they'll only see my primary address in the system or if they'll be able to see that we co-signed with different addresses, and if we'll have any problems picking up the Passes as our ID's have separate addresses.

Any information concerning this would be very helpful.

Thank you

If you are both owners on the contract, you are both entitled to the DVC AP, whether you live in the same residence or not. Or in easier terms, if you both have your own membership card, it will be no problem. Is that the case?

Thank you for your help :)

Yes we are both owners on the same contract and we each have a Membership card.
Do you know if we'll each need to order a separate AP, or can I just call and order two for the both of us?

I don't know - I've only purchased mine @ the parks.

You should be able to order two exchange vouchers if you call. You will still need to go to a theme park ticket window or guest relations location to get your actual APs. That's when they will verify eligibility and check photo ids for all adults. Make sure that both of you take your membership cards with you.

No worries, thank you for your help.

Sounds good. Thank you so much. :)

Yes, as mentioned, it's not a problem. My daughter is an owner on my contract and we live at different addresses. Both of our families get APs. On my contract it does have her address listed. My first time getting APs I made a copy of the page with both of our names and addresses on it in case there was an issue. There never was. Since we have 2 different addresses, she gets all of the same packages and mailings I get. We normally just order our APs through the DVC website and get a will call voucher.

Thank you everyone for your help. You are all so knowledgeable. I have one more question.

So I called Member Services this morning and ordered two new Annual Passes with the discount. The Cast Member was very friendly. After completing the order, she gave me a Will-Call number and said we'll be able to give the Cast Members in the park the number to redeem our Passes. I asked if she was sure the numbers alone would work and she assured me they would. However I thought I should ask here just to make sure. (Sometimes it seems like the folks here know more then Disney themselves). Will we be okay with a Will-Call # alone or should they be sending us a anything to exchange for the passes? :confused3

Thank you again for all your help. :)

You will only get a will call confirmation number unless you pay a processing fee to have exchange vouchers mailed. You would only need the exchange voucher if you wanted access to the passholder website prior to getting your actual passes.
