Heading down sort of last minute and will make 3 other trips this year so definitely want to do the AP. We have pretty much decided on prem APs and DDE card.

Qs:
1) where ON SITE can I buy the prem annual pass with the DVC discount? Hotel concierge desk? Only in parks? if only in parks, where in Epcot? And will the office be open at 9pm?
2) Can I buy the DDE at the same time as I buy the Prem annual pass?
3) Does my husband have to be physically present to buy his AP? Or will it be okay if I have both of our DVC member cards? I arrive 6 hrs before him so I can get this finished before he arrives.
4) I read somewhere that the Prem Annual pass now includes green fees at Oak Trail. Can anyone confirm first hand that this is true?

Thanks!

1) Only at the park gates or DTD customer services, you CANNOT buy at hotel concierge (Just yelling at myself, grrr)
2) Yes, you would/could buy DDE at the same time
3) I believe each adult needs to be present to present an ID to buy an AP. (you'd only need one DDE)
4) ? not familiar with that.

Where is DTD customer services? Do you now their hours (or where I can find this info online?) In Jan we arrive at SSR around 6pm and I want to activate AP vouchers and purchase DDE prior to us grabbing dinner in DTD...
That way we can get an extra meal or 2 with the DDE discount before our first park visit.

Yes, the Premium Annual Pass now includes greens fees, I cannot remember for which courses though. Disney did this as an attempt to compensate for the closing of Pleasure Island at the end of September.

Sadly I'd rather have kept Adventurer's Club open than had free greens fees for a game I don't play. I will miss the Club an awful lot.

Also: there may be multiple DTD Guest Services booths, but the one I know of is at the West End, near where it merges into Pleasure Island. It is a standalone, octagonal building with service windows all the way around it. The opposite end of West End from Cirque. I have no idea if there is one in the original DTD shopping area. Easier to find parking at the West End anyway!

The other DTD location is next to Team Mickey in the Marketplace. If you have a Disney Visa and need a rewards card, you can get that at this DTD location.

I think the Oak Trails green fees is a one time thing for those who already have PAPs.

I've been able to purchase renewal APs for my family quite a few times now without them present. But I do have their photo ids and old passes with them. Since your DH is arriving after you and presumably will need to have his id with him for driving or flying, I don't think there is any way for you to purchase for him.

Every Walt Disney World Premium Annual Pass provides everything a Walt Disney World Annual Pass provides, PLUS:
Unlimited access for 365 days to Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course*, Walt Disney World Water Parks, Disney's Blizzard Beach and Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, Disney's Wide World of Sports® Complex (days of operation depend on event schedule: some events require a separate admission charge), and DisneyQuest® Indoor Interactive Theme Park (excluding prize play games)

*Tee times are required and subject to availability. For tee times, call (407) WDW-GOLF (407-939-4653) or visit disneyworldgolf.com.

Wow, thanks for the clarification, Michael.

That is actually a very nice inclusion IMO.
