DVC annual meeting details

For the annual meeting for DVC where is it held, what time does it start, how long does it usually go for, and do they give anything out to members.
I think I saw something about it being on 9 December 2009, but I am not sure if this correct.

No other details have been released other than the date.

The last two years it has been at the Coronado Springs conference center. Total duration is an hour or so.

Look for more details a couple of months before the scheduled date.

I've gone to a couple. They didn't give anything out. The first part of the meeting is the formal business, voting on the dues by the board, etc. Then they have a presentation about upcoming changes. Then they take questions from the floor. To be honest, I didn't think it was worth missing park time.
