DVC and DCL

I am taking my first cruise on DCL in Feb. I have used my DVC points to purchase cruise. Are there any perks on the cruise since I am a DVC memeber? I know people who have cruised with DCL before and are Castaway CLub menbers get special boarding and little perks, and I'm wondering if we as DVC members have anything.

You get to go to the DVC member gathering and get hats, lanyards and then some other DVC stuff for playing TRiva game.. Also, they will put a welcome home magnetic thing on your door

Thanks for the info. I'm soo excited for this cruise, eventhough it's my 6th overall it's my first disney and I can't wait. I'm even more excited than my DS 6.

I am a DCL nut!! we have been on many cruises 16 to be exact and 6 of them have been on DCL. We just came back from 5 days at WDW and 10 day Christmas cruise and it Rocked!!!!
We have a 10 and 13 y.o boys who have been on all 6 Disney cruise and they have a great time. We are planning on cruiseing again summer of 2008,but still waiting to see where it will be going.
We have finally joined DVC while on that cruise....so can't answer your question but just had to add my 2 cents in about DCL.
Have a great trip and dont forget a yellow marker to yellow out what you will want to do in the Navigator(scheduale of events) so you miss nothing!!!! if you have any questions about the cruise feel free to PM me....Have an awesome time!!!!!
