DVC Alex & Ani bracelets

Are the DVC Alex and Ani bracelets available now (October 2014) at the WDW DVC resorts? I am arriving in a few days and would like to buy one or 2. (Is there a limit? I am a member myself, and a DVC friend at home, wants me to get her one too).

Were these sold at the resorts? I know I am going to be at WL, but it seems unlikely they would be there. Maybe they would be at another DVC resort, like OKW? (I think they were sold online for a short time this summer)
