DVC agent contact recommendations?

Just finalized our resale contract and would like to add in a small contact direct. I was given a number but my lady is not great at responding. Maybe because she knows it’s a small contract? Either way, I’m thinking I need to get another contact. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I've been a member since 1995 and never really needed to contact my guide. I've never even met my current one. I will say that by next door neighbor is a DVC guide and I believe she's a good one (but I have no real experience with her) so I'll through out her name: Kathleen Galcik
