Dvc $40 gc

Has anyone checked their balance on their GC received after doing the DVC telephone tour? I did (just to see) and mine said it was an invalid number. I called my DVC tourguide and she was shocked, took my number, and said she would be getting back in touch. Haven't heard from her, but was waiting until after the week end to give her time. Would not want to plan on using it at Disney in April and be embarrassed because it wasn't a valid number.

I just checked mine on-line and it shows the $40 balance.

I thought the same thing when I rec'd my card. I called the number & it said invalid #, I probably called back about 6 times. I finally realized I wasn't entering the entire card number - ooops. I don't have the card in front of me so I can't remember what numbers I was missing.

I was confused --but at the end I did have the $40 on it

It said to enter the 16 digit # which I did several times (just like you) but it gave the same response every time. I gave the same # to my TG and she seemed to think it was right. I'll get back to her on Monday. Don't doubt they'll make it right, just don't want to try to use it (if it's wrong #) and be embarrassed.
