DVC - 3 Couples

I just can't decide what would give us the biggest "bang for our buck"!
Resorts I am considering:
Bolder Ridge
Cooper Creek
Kidani village (3rd bathroom is a plus)
Treehouse villas (seperate sleeping arrangements, but transportation with a stroller might not be the best)
Beach Club

Not considering:
BLT - even though it has monorail and 3rd bathroom, we just don't love that resort. It was where we stayed this last trip.

Riveria

You mentioned Kidani village having a 3br - do you have the points to swing that?

OKW & SSR are not on your consideration or not consideration list, but they also have 3br's that you may consider.

DVC in Orlando with 3br:
Disney's Old Key West Resort (typically lowest points amount)
Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas
Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort
Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge
Disney's Riviera Resort
The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort
Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort
Disney's BoardWalk Villas

So many good/creative options here. I think the takeaway is that the 2 BR for your group will not be adequate.

I'll put in a good word for THV, our group has stayed there twice and really enjoyed it. I'm told transportation isn't the best, but we have a rental vehicle.

THV had to take a bus to the Springs bus stop, which is the last in Saratoga,

The Saratoga busses are less than optimal,

If you are staying at the THV's, plan on standing a lot

I think I have decided that we need more that just a 2bedroom.
We will likely go for a 2 bedroom for my daughter and fiance and my 2 year old grandson, My huband and self & Daughter age 17

And get my cousin and husband - a studio.
Unless we can get a GV at OKW!

My husband loves Animal Kingdom (and I think the 2 year old would love it as well) and I love Wilderness Lodge, so we have some pretty great options.

I'm always a points miser as we only have 250 and like to go on more than 1 trip per year. I'd take a different approach & book 3 std. view studios at SSR & request the same building OR 3 studios @ AKV and request same floor. You'd save a lot of points over booking a 2-bed + studio.
