My dues are setup on auto monthly pay - so it’s just a regular monthly expense…auto pay the gas company, phone, electric, water, Disney, internet, insurance…so it’s kind of like hiding a tree (or 2 or 3) in the forest. Outta Sight - Outta Mind kind of philosophy.

I recently closed on two resale contracts allowing me to join this club with 1,210 points.

BWV: 175 direct points
VGF: 300 direct points
BLT: 370 resale points
PVB: 185 resale points
AKV: 180 resale points

I remember those days! Did not last long . For me it was taking DW to the resort in question. AKV Jambo house and Grand Cali. They kinda sell themselves! Of course the grandkids were on my side. That did not hurt!

I think seeing it called “Grand Cali” instead of “Grand Cal” is a dead giveaway that someone has not lived in California.

The locals live in “So Cal” no “So Cali”.

Nope PNW all the way. Except for a time i got lost in Texas. Real issue is typing on phone and hoping for autofill to work its magic before hitting send.
But I do stand by my comment that VGC really sells itself!

Well, we've officially eliminated one of our three use years by selling off 890 points across four contracts. We're now at 4,075 points, down from our all-time high about a year ago of 5,965. No change in resorts.

Congrats @macman123 on taking over the top spot! I've updated the list.

Congrats on 500! We were at 250 for years. Now we are retired with the time AND resources, so added on and on and on! 500 is a lot! Enjoy

When I bought RIV recently the guide actually commented on how close I was to the comma club! I told him that’s my glass ceiling.

I actually calculated my overall cost per point, including buying and closing cost, but not dues. It was kind of embarrassing.
