Can we still meet characters in the WS pavillions? There's a couple I would like to meet and I don't know if I'll have the time during regular park hours and I was just wondering if they are still around during that time.

I have a question about Epcot EMH too, are both WS and FW sides open during that time? or just the WS side becasue the FW side already closed earlier in the evening?

Both Future World and World Showcase are open. As far as characters go, I'm not really sure if they're in World Showcase during EMH. :confused3

I don't recall seeing any characters around during EMH when I was there in April, but I am not totally sure. And yes, both Future World and World Showcase were open, but not everything is open, there is a list of attractions that are open, I believe you can find that list of all ears net.

Last January, we stayed for EMH at night at Epcot. There were only 2 countries open and it was Norway and Mexico. Now if that has changed, I would sure love to know!!

was it crowded in the evening? any tips on how to avoid long lines?

We were able to get pictures with Stitch during EMH last April. I was in the area near TT and Mission Space.

MK is often CROWDED during EVENING EMHs.

Epcot is seldom what you'd call crowded during EVENING EMHs.
(Especially in less-than-PEAK seasons.)

Soarin' & Test Track would be the most "hoppin' " spots, but don't expect to be standing in long lines at most Epcot attractions during evening EMH.

When we did Epcot pm EMH last January, it wasnt crowded at all. We got there right for Illuminations, walked in through the International Gateway by France. Started walking through the countries, only to find they were all closed (Until we got to Norway). We rode Maelstrom and Rio Del Tiempo a few times then we went to ride test track, it broke down. So we walked around, and the kids spent the rest of the night riding Mission Space with NO lines. And this was with Test Track being down, and before Soarin' opened. We saw Stitch and Space Goofy near Mission Space and got lots of pictures with them as no one else was there.

any info regarding AK evening EMH? it must be cool to go there after dark. will there be any animals or they all "gone home" during the evening?

Here's the info:

•It's Tough To Be A Bug
•Pangani Forest Exploration Trail (AM only)
•Discovery Island Trails (AM only)
•Kilimanjaro Safari (AM only, EXCEPT "seasonally")

PM= All AM Rides +

So yes, in the evening EMH's most of the animals are snoozin'.
(But those little crawly ones inside the "Tree of Life" will BEE happy to BUG ya!)

My bf and I loved EMH at Epcot. We walked right into a river-side table for two at San Angel Inn at 9pm for dinner, walked onto pretty much every attraction expect for Soarin' which was a 40 minute wait, and it was very cool to walk around the park at night.
As for characters, we didn't see any at WS, but we did get pictures with Pluto around the Innoventions area.
