Duran Duran was my passion when I was 15!! I loved them so much and remember seeing them in concert with my sister and brother!

My sister will pass out if I tell her this. She even had her favorite Duran Duran member. I'll have to look for their song. Thought "Ordinary World" was a good song, and I think that was their last hit.

I totally disagree with you, dmadman...but what else is new? They put out NEW stuff everyday but what's tried and true and brings back memories of crazier days works and sells! Heck, I never buy music (Radio gal) but I'd BUY this one!

If they were recycling songs I would agree. This is all new, ORIGINAL music that has been recorded by the ORIGINAL five members of the group.

I was a huge fan in the 80s, before they broke up and started other projects). I had their faces all over my bedroom walls and got to see them in concert. I'm excited for their CD "Astronaut" to be released 10/12.

No, I hadn't heard it though. What types of station were playing it? (Lite rock, pop 40, etc?) I can't stand the Philly lite rock and pop 40 stations, so I usually stick with the album/classic rock station.

I have a Duran Duran greatest hits CD in my car!

Simon still looks fantastic!

I just LOVE Duran Duran! I can't wait until this CD comes out. Yesterday, on our local top 40 radio station I heard them say their names to promote our local station. So I'm sure the song will start being played soon. I can't wait. I've always loved DD. I've seen them in concert once and if they came back, I'd GO!! John Taylor is my favorite! YUMMY!

OMG! I am the HAPPIEST camper right now!!

I saw them in concert in 1984 and it is still my favorite concert to this day!!

Now we just need Adam Ant (and I wish the Clash but sadly that won't happen)

This was totally me!!!!! JT totally made me swoon. It wasn't my first concert, but I did see Power Station, they were awesome!!! That was my 80's lingo sneaking in there .

I have always liked Duran Duran too. I went to see them in 2001 at Paramounts Carowinds (minus Roger and John of course). rolleyes: We were on front row to the left of the stage. A girl on the front row across the aisle from us kept taking off her top and security had to keep telling her to put it back on. It was slightly amusing.
