This does not sound right

It's a regular gift card. You can even top it off if you want.
Gift Cards do not expire.

You need to have this verified by the CM who will actually activate and deliver the card

I think the answer made by disney in the above screenshots might come from a misunderstanding
The Cast Member might have meant that the voucher expires upon check out, so you MUST redeem it and collect the gift card before you check out. That would make more sense.
The actual gift card is like cash.
just check with the CM when you collect it.

Funnily enough, I rang yesterday to pay off our remaining balance and the cm I spoke to said that it didn't expire. As the majority of you are saying too that it doesn't expire, I'm going to assume that's the case. Thanks everyone
