Dumb question re:shipping to resort

Maybe this would be better on the resorts board but since I got the idea here I figured I'd ask y'all... When having something shipped directly to the resort from an online retailer, how do you address the package? I'm ready to place my diaper order and realized that I have the resort address, but I'm not quite sure how to fill out the shipping address part of the order form to make sure my name and arrival date are noted.

I use the full resort address (Walt Disney World, POrt Orleans Riverside Resort etc...) and under it:

Resv# :
Full name: (on reservation)
Arrival Date:
I have never had an issue getting my pkg's!

Anyone know how long they will hold a package? is 2 weeks a reasonable timeframe or too long? Thanks
