Dumb Question re Free Parking at Parks?

Just got points loaded this morning and I'm planning away like mad

We will have a car w/us for our first trip home...will we get free parking at the parks by showing our KTTW card or DVC member card during our stay? We would prefer not to take Disney Transportation from AKV to the parks. TIA!

Your resort parking pass will get you free parking at the theme parks. Also, Annual Passholders get free parking.

yes - at check in. put it on your dashboard for the whole trip. Don't let it blow out the window.

Just to clarify, being a DVC member dose not get you free parking at the parks(showing your DVC member card). Being a on-site guest(through DVC or cash reservation) or an AP holder gets you free parking.

What if we'd like to visit a park on split stay day (the day where we're changing resorts)? Would I need to 1st check in into the 2nd resort and get another parking pass to be able to park (or is the parking pass from the 1st resort good through the day of checkout)?

You will get a new parking pass at the 2nd resort. Your first parking pass will have your check-out date on it (at the 1st resort) and it is good all that day. So no need to go to resort #2 for a parking pass.

Sometimes they give you your parking pass at the guard gate when you first arrive at the resort.
