How early can I call?

My 90 days is tomorrow. I need to set my alarm. Which is really gonna suck b/c I ran 16 miles today and am EXHAUSTED.....

But....I gotta do it. I have a spreadsheet and everything.

So....how early can I do this? Thank you for helping me w/this answer. I know I could find it somewhere. I am just so tired I can't think.

You can call at 7am EST. I called today, right at 7, got everything I wanted at the times I wanted. Very nice CM, painless.

Good luck-I can commiserate with the running. I did sprint drills today
