This may be a dumb question but I am trying to figure out how this works. On my first cruise I did Disney transfer and once I dropped off my luggage I did not have to worry about it again till it showed up in my room. Well... this time we are thinking of taking a towncar or something like that, so what do you do with the luggage. Do you drop in off when you check in and get your KTTWC or how does it work?? Help.

Thanks!

You drop it off outside the terminal before you enter. It then shows up outside your cabin the same way. They are well prepared for shuttle and towncar riders.

When you arrive at the terminal, the luggage is unloaded on the sidewalk in a loading area, make sure your luggage tags from DCL are on each piece. The porters will then take all of the luggage you want to give them. (don't forget to tip them). You only need to take your day bag (with your cruise documents) with you inside the terminal, your bags will be delivered outside your stateroom door during the afternoon. It couldn't be any easier.

I was wondering about the procedures for luggage also.

We are driving and will be parking at the port. There is my husband, me, and our two small children. Do we drop the luggage off curbside first and then park the car? Does one of us need to stay and sort out the luggage while the other parks the car? Can someone tell me how this works? Thank you.

You will drop your luggage curbside. You and your children can go on into the terminal while DH parks the car, or you can all go park the car together and enter the terminal as a family.
