Dumb newbie question about deeds and ROFR

Hello everyone,

Yippee! My first post after a long time of blissful lurking .

I have a potentially dense question, so please forgive me. Is there a step in recording the deed with the comptroller's office that shows something like "In Progress", that might show up before the closing portion of the purchase? Basically, I'm wondering if there is a way to check on ROFR using the deed page itself. Again, bear with me...I am very new to this DVC stuff
