Hi all...

I'm heading to Disney over, "heck" week, Dec 21-28.. I called first thing in the morning on my 180 day prior to my trip and set up all my ADR's for the trip.. That is except for the candle light procession which isn't open yet.

This is my concern.. I gave the cm my reservation number and she pulled up my file.. We went through did all my reservations and i got confirmation numbers for everything.. The issue is yesterday when i logged into my on-line account and looked at my reservation there were no ADR's attached.. is this normal or did they get lost somehow??? :confused3

The other one.. dumb question, is what do i do when i get to the restaurant??? If i have an ADR do i have to wait in line or do i go right to the service counter to check-in...

thanks everyone..

not sure whats up with the reservations not showing online - i hope someone else can provide some insight for that - have you tried searching using the confirmation numbers?

as for checking in, you got it - show up 15-30 minutes before your reservation and check in at the service counter.

Your resort reservation and dining reservations are two different Disney systems. You can't see them together. You can view your dining reservations on the dining site, by pulling them up by confirmation #.

At the restaurant, you walk up to the podium and tell them you have a reservation - just like any other restaurant. They will take your name and seat you when your table is ready (and/or give you a pager).

The system for checking booked ADRs did have glitches yesterday. Some people could see their ADRs, others could not. As long as you have your confirmation numbers I would not worry. Keep a couple of copies of them so you don't worry about loosing your list. And try back on the Disney site again each day until your ADRs show. I expect they'll show up any time.

When you get to the restaurant you go to the podium. If there is an obvious line of people waiting at the podium take your place in line. Once you have checked in at the podium you will be asked to step aside & wait until your table is ready. Some places give you a beeper that allows you to wander a very short distance, other places simply call out your name so you need to stay a little closer.

Thank you everyone... I went back on the site and was able to pull up a few of my reservations using the reservation number and my phone number..

Another dumb question.. I have a reservation at the Tusker House for the Donald Duck breakfast.. The cm said all i have to do is tell them at th gate and they will let me in the park early..

Is it really that simple?? I give them my reservation number and they just let me in??

Thanks again..

To add further information, the "automatic" display of dining reservations is tied to your online account, not any trip information. Thus they display when the account is logged in. Reservations not made while being logged in (either pre-v2 or over the phone, via ipo, ta, etc) will not be displayed and must be called up.

As far as the last bit. Yep, it's really that simple :). Certain areas will still be roped off and all, and there will be CMs posted so you can't do stuff that's not open yet, but to get through the turnstiles that's all you need.

You do have to have park admission as well as your restaurant reservation number to get into the park early.

I would also ask a CM in the area when you get to AK which line is for Tusker House. Sometimes there are people lined up just to get into the park and another line for breakfast people. :) Just double check you're in the right line!

Thanks again every..

Just as a side note.. Because of the information on this site and this forum i been able to get all my plans in order.. As well as opening my eyes as to what to expect..

I figured Disney would be busy in Dec, but not as busy as i learned here.. To be honest i wold haven't setup any reservations, or know about half the dinner show combinations if it wasn't for all the information i found here..

THANK YOU ALL.. :cheer2:
