Duke's in Waikiki

Does anyone know if Duke's takes reservations? There are 7 of us and we are wanting to eat there - I tried open table but it doesn't show up it. Has anyone tried to eat there with that many people?

Absolutely. They start their reservations 6 months out. That said, they don't take bookings for parties larger than 5 online. Squeezing in 7 is harder for them.

I called a month ago and was told there was no availability for 7pm on 5/22. I called back the next day and the person on the phone said “no problem” to my request. We are a party of 8. It is completely dependent on who answers the phone

If Dukes does not work for you, my family of 4 ate breakfsst at the Hula Grill directly above it on the second floor and absolutely loved it and the views were wonderful.

I booked online at the Dukes website for 4 people to have “dinner “ in July about a month ago and alli could get was 4:45pm. I called a couple weeks later and they were fully booked our whole week.

Note that most of Duke's is open air, so no A/C. It can get hot and crowded during busy times. I highly suggest going there on a weekday at an off time.

Hey! So, you have to go to the actual Duke's website to book, which uses a redirect to OpenTable for Duke's Waikiki... which is annoying because other Duke's properties pull just fine through the OT website and app. https://www.dukeswaikiki.com -- Botton right hand will have a yellow CTA button for "make a reservation".

Its always a good idea to call Dukes direct, they seem to have more choices available

Make a reservation if you can but the Barefoot Bar is the best seating. Stake out a table and snag it when you can. Patience and a keen eye is key.

We called last week while staying in Aulani and were told they were booked up 6 months in advance but they do take walk-ins
