Duffy and Gelatoni Pandora charms!

I saw that there are Duffy, Shellie May and Gelatoni charms that appear to only be sold at HKDL. Is this true? Is there a way for Americans to get them without traveling over there?

I now see that Duffy and Shellie May are available here, but Gelatoni has been discontinued???!! I wonder why? The G charm was white with silver detail and colored enamel detail. Have not seen the bear charms in person. So far my favorite Disney parks charm has been Dumbo. Very nicely done.
