Dues taken out early

So I called member services this week and asked them to do the monthly withdrawl for our dues. We agreed it would be taken out on the first just like our membership but it came out of our checking account TODAY! Did this happen to anyone else??

January's payment is on 1/15 for everyone. Starting February, it will be on the first. This happens every year.
