Dues page..?

I am getting the 7 Dwarfs when i try it with
"Down for Maintenance
The Member Dues page is temporarily unavailable
Rest assured, we'll be back soon, so please try again later."
been that way for days..........
 
I continue to get nothing but a blank screen. Did run into the "due to demand" screen though 🤷‍♀️
 

I was just coming here to check if others had issues with the page too. I can't even get the page to load!

Finally just got on. After logging in, first few times I clicked Dues, it just showed white page, w 'home' in the top left corner. After a few times clicking back and forth between the main menu and dues, finally got the statement to come up...and I would've been happier if it hadn't... ugh. I'll just leave it now until Jan....
 
Anyone else getting a message that the amount you’re paying exceeds the total and will remain as a credit??? I’m not manually adjusting the total, just clucking the “pay balance” option 🙄

I finally got through -

Made my first two payments with two rewards card. Tried to pay balance and says it exceeds the amount. I clicked ok anyway to make payment but it won't let me pay balance.

(We might have a credit looking at the statement but it should let us pay anyway and have a credit on the account. I will try again tomorrow)

I'm having the same issue paying the dues on our last contract. Was able to pay the dues off our other two just fine. Ugh.

What worked for me is instead of checking "pay balance", check "pay another amount" and enter the balance amount. You still get the popup about exceeding the amount, but I was able to pay after clicking OK.

No luck,

I tried Pay by Contract - and due full amount for each contract - no go.
I tried Paid by Contract - pay other amount and put in balance for each contract - no go

I tried to see details for each contract and got the 7 dwarfs

I do see a credit of $79.06 and wonder if it won't let me pay because of the credit. Could they be working on fixing this.

I just thought of something else.

I will try to pay one contract at a time with my card. Want to see if my last contract won't let me pay due to exceeding amount again. Otherwise, will wait until next week. Doubt anything is getting corrected over the weekend. Will update and keep checking if anyone had any luck.
 
Got the "please wait" message. A few minutes later, I got the login page, got logged in and saw my 3 contracts.

"Pay total balance" came up with the exceeds message. Clicking to accept that resulted in "Something needs to be addressed" and a gold dot (no other message)
"Pay by contract" with all contracts checked yielded the same result
"Pay by contract" with one contract checked yielded an actual message that said my credit card could not be processed (and my credit card company said they didn't even try)

Yet another Disney IT fail.

Thank you for posting this tactic. My husband, who is not into ANY social media spent a few hours yesterday trying to pay our dues. He finally came to me and said "can you look on the Disney board thing and see if anyone is posting about dues payment?" I started reading the posts to him and when I got to yours, he said "that's it!". He tried and it worked!
Disney needs to have some college internships with Comp Sci students to fix their website!
 
I'm giving up and waiting until the due date. My concern is the site being up/down/slow/sporadic and messing up the payment. I'm thinking if the payment does get messed up, it will take more time and anguish to correct. So I'll just wait. This is ridiculous. They need to turn IT over to a company that knows what they are doing.
 
They should hire some middle school geeks who can clearly fix their IT issues and help pay for college too LOL!

I was able to make a few payments with Disney gift cards this morning. I started with a $50 gift card just in case... I finally tried "pay another amount" and that worked. I was able to get four contracts fully paid. I have more gift cards set aside but decided why push my luck? It may take another week or two or three to get this issue fixed??

They knew this day was coming 364 days ago! Unacceptable Disney!
 
I honestly don’t remember reading about any problems paying dues last year when statements were posted - does anyone else? (I’ll admit I was too lazy to do a search.) I wonder whether the migration to another system on the backend (the weekend shutdown a few months ago) messed things up.
