Can someone please point me to the dues summary (2008 and prior) for each DVC.

I can't find the link.

Here is the history of DVC annual fees at all of the resorts (the fees noted as VB(sub) are only for early buyers who still have a developer subsidy. That subsidy is not passed along to subsequent buyers of those early contracts):
