Our older niece turns 13 in March and going to WDW a week later. I'm so tempted in surprising her with a cake.

Yep...can't use a pure butter recipe for decorating, but it works for cupcakes!

I made THE best buttercream for my mom's birthday cake - I will have to send you the recipe. It was to die for It wouldn't be good for decorating a cake but great for a layer cake.

Buttercream is the only way to go for frosting. I don't like whipped cream icing.
