Dude Ranch-type vacation??

I am looking for somewhere to vacation with my family next summer and was considering, perhaps, some type of ranch out west. We have taken a road trip to/thru GTNP and YNP and hit all points in between. We have also spent time in the Beaver Creek area of Colorado. I'm looking for something that could be budget friendly and would involve activities such as hiking, horseback riding, rafting, etc. We don't need fancy, but I do like cleanliness and basic amenities. We love outdoor activities and I LOVE photography. I think we can fly to CO for a reasonable cost, but anything west of that always seems SOOO expensive. (We would fly and rent a vehicle). So, does anything like this exist? Thanks for any help or suggestions you can offer!

Some of these might be a little pricey, but it's a starting point to searching. Sunset magazine back issues might be a good place to look, they always feature outdoor activities/vacations in the West.
