I've browsed the menus and saw that there were a few different options, but does anyone have first hand experience with duck dishes on property? We're planning a grown-up only date night. DH loves a good steak, and duck is my absolute favorite, so if we can find a place that does a good job of both, we'd like to check it out. :)

The Brown Derby has both and they do it very well. My hubby had the filet and it was melt in your mouth and very tasty. My FIL had the duck and it was really good too.

Brown Derby at HS. I had the duck and DH had the steak in May. Both were delicious. We shared the Cobb salad as an app too! Yummy.

California Grill had a "Duck Two Ways" dish on the menu when we were there in January.

It. Was. Amazing. Just knock it out of the park spectacular.

I love that place..

(I hear their steak isn't half bad either..)

If you go to the top of the page there are two lines of quick links. Click on <Dining> and it will take you to a page with a search feature near the top. Type in duck and click <ENTER> and it will show you every Disney Restaurant that serves duck, the meal, the menu item description, and the price.

My family jokes that Donald and friends will come after me because I've had duck at several places in DW.

Yak & Yeti - I like duck to be crispy and this one was excellent. Since I prefer it plain I had the orange wasabi sauce served on the side.

Hollywood Brown Derby - I agree, this one was very good.

Le Cellier - Duck meatball appetizer was one of my favs, but I think it's no longer on the menu.

Les Chefs - Didn't care for the duck breast because it was not crispy.

Jiko - Didn't order it because I saw pictures and knew I wouldn't care for it.

Of these, I thinkYak & Yeti is my favorite, but the Le Cellier app is a veryclose second.

I was at Jiko for Dinner today with two relatives and I had the Duck. I really liked it.

This is the duck my roommate had at Yak & Yeti this last January. He'd already started on it by the time I took the picture, and he enjoyed it quite a bit.

Like I said before, it was SPECTACULAR.

Thanks, guys! The Yak and Yeti duck looks amazing, though I wonder if I could sub the jasmine rice out... hmm. And the California Grill duck, wow!

I'm seriously considering changing Mama Melrose to the Brown Derby for a lunch reservation. Is the duck pastrami like a cold cut? (I think that's what I read on the menu, that it's pastrami?) Are the portions generous?

Jiko looks like it had more on the plate than C.G., but I'd take either!!

The California Grill was described as such:

Duck Two Ways
Seared breast, potato rösti, cherry demi-glace, confit leg, pomegranate vinaigrette.

It was such a creative dish. I was a little undecided on the meal, but I KNEW I wanted to try the duck. I'll be honest and say that every bite was better than the last. The flavors were just explosive.

JIko and Citrico's both have OUTSTANDING duck. Citrico's is not on the menu all of the time--not sure about Jiko. DON'T eat the duck at Chef's. It is terrible. Cooked to death.
