I was breaking down my costs tonight and realized that my WDW tickets that I paid for through Dreams Unlimited was the same cost as buying them through AMA/CAA. Just thought I would mention it because it is 8pm and I have no life and spend all of it here!;)

Should be the same as any agency if they were doing their job right. :confused3

I should be about the service after you have book you trip that the TA supplies that you should be worryied about. Are they just booking your ressie or are they helping you with you planning.

I won't go there as I have openly expressed the incredible poor customer service I have received from MY(yes just mine as we are all aware of our agent on the board) AMA agent and their office. I think what I am so pleased about so far is exactly what you have described...DU has been ouststanding with ressies...making changes with those ressies and then helping us plan what parks to be in what days and coordinating our ressies to go with the itinerary. She has recommended restaurants based on our tastes and interests and lets us know the best viewing points for parades. She has answered every question promptly and recommended the best ways to utilize our ddp.....
