DU TA question

We booked our cruise through DU and I think we got a good rate so I am happy. Our TA was very helpful and answered a ton of questions for me.

I emailed her recently with another question and also asked her if she's still who I should ask questions to. She answered the question and then she said I was to email the Cruise Concierge team if I need further assistance. Is that the norm? After she does the reservation etc, I don't deal with her? I never used a TA before so I just was wondering. Thanks!

Maybe they have changed the way they do things now, but that was not the case when I booked our 2nd cruise over a year or so ago. My TA booked and answered my questions on a continual basis.

Thanks for the info! I had no idea that I don't deal with her anymore! When I email the Concierge team, will I always deal with the same person or will different people answer any questions each time?

The goal is to provide assistance as quickly as possible. While it's likely you will work with the same agent, as with any agent, there are times when he/she may not be available. In those instances, a response may come from a different team member.

We've used Dreams for a number of cruises and have always had wonderful service. The agents have access to your files and the way they have it set up anyone on the team can help you. It works great and I've always gotten answers very quickly. Their cruise team is the best!

I was surprised the other day when I got that email address too. I was a little worried but then I emailed my question to that address. It was within an hour or two I got a very good response and helpful. I was very impressed.

I recently booked through DU and SueEllen was most helpful. We booked through them once before - for a 2002 cruise - and I think procedures have changed!!

Now I know what to expect - and know the concierge service will be ready with answers.
