DU reservations

Anybody heard from DU today?

I just heard back from them right now. I had requested a cat 11 1st dinner seating. Apparently my reservation wasn't made until later in the day because I was quoted a cat 9, second dinner seating. Luckily for me, I went online this morning and just booked what I wanted myself. There's an old saying---if you want something done right, you should do it yourself and I guess in this case it held true. I've never had any sort of issue with them before, but I really think they dropped the ball with my reservation and they won't get my business again.

I got even better than I expected! A cheaper rate than DCL and the 2 connecting SPH rooms! I got my email about 3:00 or so.

I'm starting to freak out a little because the prices for the WB repo have already increased. I have never booked through them before, but I expected to hear something earlier today. It's hard to decide when you don't even know the prices for different categories. I am trying not to be discouraged yet, but my resistance if fading...

I have a question about the DU quotes. Do they include the same insurance and ground transfers that Disney includes?

Does anyone know if the 10% off for rebooking on board can be applied to reservations transfered to the repo cruises?

If the rate they gave me includes these things, I'm likely booking the WB repo.

Don't know about insurance but discount -yes it does apply.

I got a e-mail from her at 6:18:

On January 31, 2007 Disney Cruise Line is releasing the remainder of the dates for its 2008 cruises. I anticipate being on the phone with Disney Cruise Lines much of the day and then preparing quotes for clients who have previously requested these dates. It is unlikely that I will be able to get back to you right away. I appreciate your patience.
