I have heard many people rave about how great Dreams Unlimited is and about individual people there. My question is how can I reach someone specifically at DU? If I send an email to their reservation services address I do not know who will help me. Even though many of the agents are very good, I want to make sure I am dealing with someone who comes highly recommended. Where can I reach someone specifically and who do you recommend that I use?

Hi Shelly3girls

Let me provide you with some information that should answer some of your questions:

First, there are two specific email addresses you can write to with questions about Dreams Unlimited Travel - webmaster@dreamsunlimitedtravel.com and reservations@dreamsunlimitedtrave.com

Both are, for the most part, answered by only one person each. That person will either address the issue personally or pass it along to the appropriate person. It's not as if those accounts go to a 'pool' of people, but rather they are dedicated to one person. If that person is on vacation or unavailable, then one back-up person will answer those accounts. These are all top people in the organization.

When you submit a request to Dreams Unlimited Travel that request goes into a 'queue' to be processed. For the most part they are processed in the order they are received by the next available agent. At the time that you submit a request you can request any agent you like to work with. Your quote may be processed by a different agent, but once you book your reservation it will be assigned as you request.

As far as working with an agent who is highly recommended, I'll let previous and current clients answer you there. I think that all of the agents are excellent!!!

I have used DU four times, and I have been very pleased with them each time. Two thumbs up! Off hand, I know I have worked with Liz, Rob, Adam, and Cathy, and they all were very attentive and helpful. I don't think you have to worry about which agent you get, as I think they are all Disney experts. :)

Would it be beneficial for me to use DU? We want to stay at the Dolphin using the gov't rate--will DU be able to get me a better rate on or before Sept. even though we already have the gov't rate? Sorry if this sounds confusing--this is our first trip and I've been trying to read up on everything I can on these boards--which have been VERY helpful.

I doubt if DU would be able to get you a better rate, but if you were to transfer your reservation to DU they would be able to help you work out an itinerary and help book your priority seatings (PSs) for the dinners, etc....

G-gang-

D U may not be able to get you better than government rate, but they may be able to get you govt rate when the hotel itself says it is sold out. Bob at DU switched us from the Dolphin to the Swan when we decided the queen sized beds were important to us.

They arrange Priority Seatings also.
