Hi All ~
I have to admit I was a little leary at first to use a TA but loving these boards so much I took the dive in to support the sponser DU! I have NEVER (in over 12 trips in last 5 years) done anything but room only reservations, myself, through CRO(or latest name!). So I finally went online and did it ! I made a Dolphin ressie with DU. At first, I was alittle anxious and their response time to my E-mails was SEEMING too take a while(at most 1-2days). They just SEEMED long BUT WERE NOT REALLY!!!But I realized it was just the HUMAN TOUCH I was missing. Sooooo I had a recent change I needed to make to my ressie and didn't feel I could adequitely describe the situaton in an E-mail. I searched for a contact# and called! WELLLLLLL I was PLEASANTLY suprised to talk to Bob Varley this morning and have ALL my needs met. He was not bothered in the least that I called and overly bright and positive in having a conversation!! He was very very kind and helpful. I am now a customer for life!!!!!
Thank you Bob and keep up the good work!!
P.S. He did mention a possible increase in the discount rates ie: Nurses, Teachers, Military - possibly soon and maybe even a second increase for Dolphin after the renovations are finished.
