DU - how long for response?

AHH...the wait is killing me! How long does it normally take for DU to get back to you? I e-mailed the dcl.reservations e-mail - I am trying to get the kids sail free promotion on a different sail date and I am DYING to hear back! :cool1: (In all fairness, it hasn't even been an hour, but I am so excited waiting). So, how long should I expect to wait? Will I have to wait until tomorrow? :scared1:
 
I got a quote after a day, last week.
However I've been trying to get a quote for a different date this week and it just seems to go to a blank page after clicking 'submit'.
Tried it on my laptop, my iPad and my phone and get the same result every time :(

I got a quote from DU within a couple of hours this morning for KSF. I guess it depends on when people get their email.
 
If it's Kelsie, plan on a week. Something is wrong with her e-mail....apparently. (Even though she has always been to slow to respond.)
 

ERRR!!! Now online there are no more 5Bs available - only 5As, which has made the price jump $200!! I hope she gets back to me again soon!!
 
Kelsie emailed me, but she wasn't my original TA with DU. We had already put a deposit on the room a while back, and they did this without us "asking".

Maybe she was assigned the task to handle all of the ressies with this discount.

We have fixed the issue with Kelsie'e email and it seems to be working fine now.

We are a little backed up in our email responses. We are trying to get everyone's request met while there is still availability and then reply to emails once we have time.

Don't worry if you don't hear back right away - it means we are working to get you what you requested.

We tried to get a quote from DU for a one night stay before our cruise to get to know the company. Submitted my request 8/16, had a reply a few hours later.
Emailed to ask for price quotes for my other choices & was told I'd have a reply
"later". I've been waiting since 8/19. :p I went ahead and booked a night before stay on my DVC points instead.

I don't believe that is the standard of service they usually display, but it does leave a bad first impression.

Obviously waiting 12 days for a reply is unnacceptable and I would like to investigate further.
