Just a general YEAH for DU! 
I had an early July reservation with Hotel Royal Plaza for 2 nights in July (between DVC stays) and when I heard they were not going to open I went into panic mode after learning we were to be relocated to "across the street" This was to be my first venture not in a WDW resort,and since it was brand new I figured I couldn't go wrong. I checked the Disney site for the dates I wanted and came up with very little, but DU came through and found a room at POR and was even able to get the AP rate! 
With school getting ready to wrap up I just didn't have time to do all the legwork on this--Thank you DU!
