Is it possible for my DH to drive me here, drop me off, circle around and pick me up say 20 minutes later to avoid parking costs? I'd like to pick up some tickets at will call but would prefer to do it e night before our park day to save time since we plan to hit rope drop

As noted by the PP, parking at DTD is free. However due to the construction going on in the lot, your hubby might just be driving around for 20 minutes looking for a place to park!
