DTD - T-REX Resturant

Anyone know where the T-REX Resturant will be built at DTD? I'm thinking they will convert Rain Forest Cafe.

it's a new building, it's not replacing anything. it's supposed to be in an area across from fulton's, next to mcdonald's. the most precise description i've heard (although it means nothing to me) is where the SOG bus stop is.

Sounds like they might build on existing parking lot. Do you know if they broken ground yet?

We were there in June and nothing started yet. I asked when we ate at Rainforest Cafe and they said it was running behind and it looked like it was going to open until 2009.

We were there in June as well and didn't see any construction. The Landry's website has it opening in early 2008. I don't think they can build that quick.

i have heard 2009 is more likely at this point. reportedly they were going to do a refurb in the parking lot first and everything fell behind schedule. something about restricting traffic flow, making only one entry and one exit point.
