DTD Marketplace opening time?

Can't find this info anywhere

We'd like to shop on a Monday in late April, does anyone know when the shops might open?

The shop hours vary from store to store but they usually open between 10:30am and 11:00am... (The whole Marketplace/West Side should be open by 11am the latest.)

The shops in Marketplace are open 9:30 am to 11 pm. The restaurants are open 10:30 am to 11:00 pm.

The shops in West Side are open 11:00 am to 11:00 pm.
