DTD hotels

Which DTD hotel would you recommend? We are possibly going to stay for one night before checking in at AKL in December. I have no expererience with any of them.

There have been reports of people booking $20.03/night rooms at Courtyard Mariott. I haven't stayed there, but it seems to getting good reviews. I've also been reading about people making bids of $60/night on Priceline for the Hilton. I have stayed at the Wyndham, but for a one night stay I think it's expensive.

Last spring, my friend was participating in the college program at WDW so of course he had to twist my arm to come see him on Spring Break. I then enlisted my best friend to come as she has only been there ONCE. My friend looked to get us discounts in the park but could not come up with anything that fit a college students budget. Another friend of our's mother then offered us and another couple of friends vacation club points for OKW. We took them but since my best friend and I were getting down there early, we needed a hotel. Since my brother works for Marriott, he got us a room at the Courtyard for an awesome discount. We were only supposed to stay there for 4 nights but we ended up staying the whole time because we liked it so much.

In fact, when I went down for the Disney marathon in January, I stayed in the Courtyard again.

So my recommendation is the Courtyard. Have fun.
