DTD Courtyard for $59

Hi, all:

I just booked DTD Courtyard Marriott for $59 thru qixo. I don't think they'll be doing any more $20 deals, and every other site lists rates for this hotel in Jan. (18-25) for over $100. I think (?) I got a pretty good deal. We did have ressies at Grosvenor for $72 thru Hotel Kingdom, but I cxl'd those.

I saw it yesterday on hotelkingdom for $68.90 in jan. but your rate is even better than that! i was crossing my fingers for that $20 deal too.

What is qixo? And what is/was the $20 deal?

qixo is a site that searches for various travel related issues...air, hotel, car...and searches multiple sites at the same time. It's very convenient and usually has good prices. If you search for airfare it will updated every minute or so...pretty cool. You can check it out at www.qixo.com. IYou can also sign up for automatic e-mail notification.

Courtyard had a $20.02 (for the year 2002) per night rate for quite a while, but that has gone away. LOTS of people stayed there for that rate
