DTD and Dining Plan

Could someone please list the DTD resturants that take the Dining Plan. Also, do any of them take ADRs? Who do I call? Also, please don't just submit the link for the Pdf file. For some reason I am never able to open it . Yes, I have Adobe. I think it is my dial-up Thanks!

I was only advising on table service locations. Earl's IS for sure and also Wolf Puck's Express (awesome) for counter service. I know there are more CS locations as well, I just don't know for sure which.

just returned and have to say that Wolfgang was a very good choice for the DDP. My family of four ordered three meals and shared and everyone enjoyed it very much, including the 9 year old. We also ate at Earl's but I have to say...I enjoyed Wolfgang's more.
