DS28 passed away Who to send death certificates to

Thank you all so much for your responses,
I had to take my DS20 to the ER early Friday morning because he was having chest pains, he said it felt like being stung by a wasp.
The did a chest xray and no enlarged heart !!!!!!!!!!
Thet released him but he has Dr appt. still on the 21st to find out why he is hurting.
Please pray for us.

So sorry for your loss. Maybe your other son is just experiencing pain from this loss/grief and has no heart problem since it didn't show an enlarged heart. I will keep you all in my thoughts.

My DS28 passed away on july 1st, who do i need to send death certificates to?
Also the date of his death is wrong on the death certificate i got from the funeral home,how do i go about getting this resolved?
