I told him that was pretty funny and he said, "I know, if you can make them laugh you're half way there!" I personally think perhaps 13 is a bit young to NEED a pick up line but he did make me laugh!

Yellow is what?
Green to me!

He's colorblind, though I'm not sure if that's part of the joke or not. (He can see yellow, but not green.)

He thinks it's hysterical! He's also six years old, just starting in the joke telling business. Obviously, he needs some work...

Unfortunately, he doesn't need any help attracting the ladies!! The other day he came home and some girl had written on his arm really big in magic marker "so and so is a hottie!" (with her name, of course). I have no idea what I'm going to do when the boy can actually date!

Oh man, that boy has been watching Hogan Knows best....that is the EXACT pick up line that Hulks son Nick says, right down to explain it to his father as" If you make them laugh you are half way there!"

That is an awesome pickup line, and I'm totally using it at the bar this weekend!

Kids are too funny - I was working at a family camp, and talking to one of the kids I had made friends with during the week - he was about 14 years old. He said "Hey Kerri, I went fishing today." And I said "Oh, really? Did you catch any fish?" And he said "Yes, I caught three. One was this big, one was this big, and one was THIS big!" - and with his hands, he indicated a small fish, a medium fish, and with the last one, indicating a really big fish, he put his arm around my shoulders! It was hilarious, and I strongly encouraged him to try it on someone who was not 10 years older than him!

my DS was 13 when his DS was born. He use to tell people that she was his "chick magnet" Teenage girls love babies so he would take her out in her stroller and he said the girls would all stop to see the baby!

When he got older and she was a toddler, he would take her with him and once again the girls would all flock!

The good thing about it is, they are still really close even though he is 23 and she is 10!
