Are there busses from Disney springs to magic kingdom?

No. No buses from DS to any of the parks.

There are buses to resorts starting around 10 am or so

The buses from the parks to DS started around 4:00pm on our trip last year.No return buses . Apparently years ago people were parking at DS ( then Downtown Disney) & taking buses to avoid paying for parking. So Disney stopped bus service between the parks and DS.They only brought back the one way buses a few years ago.

You can take a bus to CR and walk 1/2 mi. to MK, or you can take a bus to Poly and ride the Resort Monorail to MK.

Or you can walk or take a boat to Saratoga and catch the bus from there to MK.
