DS.com 30 day price adjustments

I just found out that if you order something from disneystore.com, and the price goes down after you receive your item, you have 30 days to call and receive a lowered price adjustment. I can't believe all the money I could have saved if I only knew this before!

I just checked my last order, which was on Sept 9th, and today being Oct 9th, I quickly called and had adjustments made to my Mickey sneakers, my rolling cooler, and my Mickey tea kettle. My credit card will be credited with $15! What a great policy Disney has!

I just bought my queen of Hearts Dress last week, and it went on sale!!! I was so upset, I called and I got a credit of 26 dollars back.. Woo Hoo for Disney!!

Thanks for the information - I can't tel you how many times I've ordered only to find the same things on sale at DS.com the next week. I could have saved tons of money! I'll definitely use this tip.

thats good to know, I bought a hoodie on Wednesday and on friday I got an email about a sale and the hoodie was marked down $5.00. guess I will be making a phone call!!
