Mine are seven and eight and have sleepovers at home. (My son gets afraid of the dark and his sister still lets him crawl in bed with her.)
I remember a trip I took with a male "just friend" in my twenties. We shared a king bed cause that was what was at the hotel. No hanky panky.
I imagine in a few years, we will have to move to (and are planning on moving to) a two bedroom and we won't use the pull out any longer. But for now, they share the bed.

We hope this arrangement until DD hits her puberty years and then we understand she will not want DS to share a bed. At that point we know the two bedroom is in our future.
