Glad you went back and are feeling more comfortable with the doctor. How is DS doing today any new news?

I would still watch his breathing, though, and take him ASAP if if doesn't improve with the meds or changes (even the slightest bit).

Go the the ER. That's what they are there for.

Thanks for letting us know! My niece, who's now 31, had strep a lot as a child and she had scarlet fever about 5 years ago, too. As you probably know, they are from the same strain of germ.

I hope your DS is feeling much better soon. Is his breathing OK now???
