Dry Skin

Ugg, this change of weather is making my skin soooo dry! I feel like a reptile. My face even hurts.

I have been putting vaseline on my face, I hope it doesn't make me break out, but my regular moisterizer just wasn't cutting it. Anyone have any recommendations??

After you shower and befor toweling off, rub baby oil all over yourself it locks in the moisture. If that doesn't help maybe you should see a dermatologist.

The baby oil idea sounds great. I use Uttercream on my hands and feet.

The Vaseline that you are putting on your face will NOT moisturize it, but will seal in moisture. Put some sort of moisturizer on it BEFORE you but the Vaseline on it. Clinique makes a wonderful moisturizer that the skin "drinks."

I do something very similar to what Pooh suggested, except I use unscented massage oil I got from the Body Shop instead, since I hate the smell of baby oil.....it works great!! But it is very important you do it BEFORE you dry yourself, to 'lock' that moisture in.
