It was HOT today - unbearable heat!!!!
We were at Epcot today, Mission Space had a 10 min wait, Test Track 30 min and Soarin was 60 min, so we headed to Soarin to grab a fast pass.
Living with the Land was walk on, so we rode this whilst over there.
Headed to the Rose & Crown for some liquid refreshment. DH had a pint of Boddingtons and I had a Long Island Iced Tea. We also ordered Fish n Chips - mmmmm.
Had a walk round England and met Pooh, Tigger & Eeyore. On the way over the bridge, we bumped into Alice & Mary Poppins.
Let the Food & Wine tasting begin.........................
Tried the Goats cheese & sun dried tomato quiche from France - this was warm and tasty.
USA - BBQ Pork rib with coleslaw - this was ok but the BBQ sauce was overpowering.
Italy - Spinach Lasagne with a glass of Pinot Grichio. This was my fav - mmm.
South Africa - Chicken Skewer - DH had this, I tried a little and it didnt have much taste.
Ireland - Potato Cake with bacon bits and Kerrygold garlic butter - didnt really like this - very greasy.
We were absolutely dripping with the heat and decided to head back for a swim. Bit late for a water park so we just went to the pool at the hotel. Joined in the Dance Party - lol - no pics!!!!!!!
Headed back out to Epcot later on for our Soarin fastpass and of course, my fav Illuminations. Tissues at the ready!!!
Tomorrow - Typhoon Lagoon and MNSSHP!!!!!!!!
