Drugstore or grocery store near Disneyland ?

Hi!

I'm planning my first trip to Disneyland in early 2008. I plan to stay at Candy cane Inn or Desert Inn, because I want to stay very close to the parks (I will not rent a car).

I wonder if there is a drugstore or a grocery store near these hotels, so that I could easily buy water and snacks ?

We always used to buy our lunch there every day and take it into the park!

Was going to suggest a trip to Von's (Safeway to those outside southern CA, a grocery store), but re-read and noticed you won't have a car. However, they (and Albertson's) deliver with online ordering...could be a good way to get a whole bunch of water for much cheaper than you're going to get at a 7-11 (though delivery costs might erase the savings if water is ALL you're getting).

Anyway, it's worth mentioning.

has anyone had groceries delivered to HOJO? and if so did you have to be there for the delivery?

Also, there is a mini mart right by the Tropicana -- pretty much right across the street from the entrance to DL
