We need to drop one day from our vacation. We found out our daughter needs to have surgery. We are do to check in on Dec 14? Can I just modify our reservation, I got a passholder rate and don't want to lose it?

Will it cost me to modify the reservation this late?

Thanks for taking the time to answer.

not sure being w/i the 45 day window..... may be a penalty. i was told once by a CM that if you change the length of stay it is considered a new reservation...im not sure if this true.

good luck on the surgery!!! with that coming back to it might not be even worth worrying over alot.

well I would like to save the money but if I can't get the same rate then I will just leave it as is.

The 45 day window applies to a package. It appears the OP has a room only Annual Pass rate which has a 5 day cancellation policy. Are you trying to drop a day before or after the original reservation? Most likely after, huh? If before, the only problem I see is if you had a free dining card attached to your rate. But, I still think those cards were good up to a 12/15 check-in. Good luck and let us know what happens.

I was able to drop a day without losing my discount. Thanks to all who replied. Now I will use that money towards our ADR. Thanks
